tab32 starts at $125/mo in Year 1 with our Start-Up Package (up to 3 providers), which includes the full cloud PMS — scheduling, charting, imaging, payments, and HIPAA-compliant cloud. Year 2 onward is $225/mo. AI-powered services (claims, verification, ERA/EOB posting, voice charting) are pay-per-use on top of that. You only pay for the AI services you actually use.

How does the free trial work?

Start a free 14-day trial with your card on file. You get access to the core platform — scheduling, charting, treatment plans, payments, and more — so you can experience tab32 firsthand. X-ray and imaging setup is available once you move to a paid plan. Switching from another PMS? You can initiate your data migration during the trial period so you see your own data in tab32 before you commit. You won't be charged until your trial ends — cancel anytime.

What are the AI-powered services?

tab32's AI-powered services include Voice Scribes for exams and recall, Voice Perio charting, real-time insurance verification, ERA/EOB scan auto-posting, and appeals handling. What systems can you migrate data from?

We support migration from all major dental PMS platforms including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Denticon, SoftDent, Practice-Web, and many others. Our migration team handles the entire process to ensure your data transfers cleanly.

What's included in the data migration?

The data migration covers the last 2 years of appointments and all associated records — patients, insurance information, payers, treatment history, and X-rays for those patients. Everything within that window is transferred so your team can pick up right where you left off. Contact us for migration pricing details.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

No setup fee for the Start-Up Package. Pricing grows with your practice — $125/mo in Year 1, then $225/mo from Year 2 onward. For Established Practice and Large & Group Practice plans, we'll discuss the right arrangement based on your migration timeline during your consultation.

How long does it take to go live?

New (de novo) practices can be up and running in as little as 2-3 days. For practices migrating from another system, plan for 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your data. Our migration team manages the entire timeline.
